This addition to an award winning residence completed in 2002 combines the homeowners love of the outdoors with their love of entertaining.

By removing the existing pool and patio area, we then joined the new outdoor living area to the main house by a newly enlarged 1,700 square foot patio of marbled stone. The new structure is situated to achieve a sense of privacy while still being able to enjoy views of the lake, cozy pond, and the surrounding countryside.

The new structure has a square footage of 900 square feet that efficiently incorporates a gourmet kitchen, a lounge area with it’s own television and entrainment center, and a dining space. Also included is a gas fire pit that adds warmth and ambience to cool fall evenings.
