Quality - We are obsessed with it. Our expertise extends to each phase and every aspect of the building process. We hire the best people. We pay close attention to every detail of your project. You sometimes hear people comment about today's construction: "they don't build'em like they used to." We do.

Communication - In the midst of a building or remodeling project, there is nothing more frustrating than to not be able to talk with your builder or to not receive clear and understandable information when you do talk, or to feel like you really are not being listened to. At Crawford Builders we have a communication problem. Some of our clients have told us that we over communicate and that is a problem we are proud to have.

Client Support - This one is a little difficult to describe, but you will feel it from our first conversation right through to the conclusion of the project. It involves details such as helping you define and describe your vision for your new or remodeled home. It means using a system we have developed over the years to explain simply, but thoroughly, each phase of your building or remodeling project. It means providing you with ideas and options, and not just on the large elements of the project, but down to the fine details. In short, it involves our willingness to take the time on a one-to-one basis to be sure that you are fully involved in the process, comfortable throughout it and thrilled with the results.

Honesty & Integrity - Suffice it to say that in our industry a business does not succeed for forty years unless it lives and breathes honesty and integrity. We have and we do.
